We are often asked to assist our clients with certain steps ahead of closing a purchase or sale transaction, such as negotiating and preparing a contract for purchase and sale. For this and other reasons, the fees associated with these transactions can vary. It is our goal to provide you with clear, concise and accurate advice. We can better provide you with clear pricing information once we have the necessary information that we require from you to determine what Clear Title Law's roles might include, and other details about your transaction. Below is a guideline of what to expect.

Residential Real Estate Fee Guideline
Residential Purchase (without Mortgage)
Legal Fees

- Disbursements & GST are additional.
- Condominium purchase is $100 additional fee
- Does not include cost of title insurance (if required)
Residential Purchase
(With Mortgage)
Legal Fees
$1250
- Disbursements & GST are additional
- Condominium purchase is $100 additional fee
- Does not include cost of title insurance (if required)
- Bridge financing is $150 additional fee
- Construction mortgage is $150 additional fee per construction draw
- First Time Home Buyer Incentive Program is $350 additional fee
- Additional creditor payout is $100 additional fee each
