The options below are to pay Clear Title Law Invoices only. Please contact us directly at accounts@cleartitlelaw.com for instructions on making Trust Deposits or for the payment of your Retainer.
This feature is available through all major banks.
To pay by E-Transfer, please use our account payment email address: accounts@cleartitlelaw.com and set the password to Clear.
Please include the invoice number(s) in the message field.
Note: E-Transfers are Canadian dollars only and are subject to daily limits set by the sender’s bank.
On the last page of your invoice, use your phone’s camera to hover over the QR code, which will direct you to a payment page directly for that specific invoice – OR – click on the “click here” blue link (if viewing your invoice on a computer or phone) which will also take you there.
All credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay options will be available.

Payment Terms
All invoices are due and payable immediately upon receipt. Timely payment ensures uninterrupted service and adherence to our Standard Terms of Engagement. Invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days from the invoice date will accrue interest at a rate of 18% per annum. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services in the event of non-payment.
