In today’s digital world, law firm technology offers smarter, faster, and more secure ways to handle legal paperwork. That’s why we’ve implemented tools like our secure Client Portal for document sharing and Adobe Sign for remote signing.

While some legal documents — such as mortgages and estate planning documents — still require wet ink signatures and witnessing, this can often be done remotely by video conference, which we’re pleased to offer. Many other documents can be signed electronically, without the need for a meeting, such as:

Wherever the law allows, we use electronic signature solutions to streamline your legal matters and save you time.

How It Works:

• You’ll receive an email with a link to the document. No Adobe account is required to access or sign.
• Open the link and choose how to sign: upload a signature, draw one on your device, or use a pre-set font.
• Follow the prompts to sign and submit.
• The signed document is automatically returned to our office — securely and efficiently. You’ll also receive a fully executed copy once all required signatures are complete.
